Exp: 4 to 67years of work experience completely into HRBP.
- Stakeholder management is mandatory
- MBA is mandatory
Job Details:
The candidate should be wellversed and proficient in most of the Human Capital functional areas
Candidate should have excellent communication people management project management and interpersonal skills
Candidate should also possess excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
The candidate should possess robust analytical and problemsolving skills ability to analyze data understand trends and develop recommendations
The ideal candidate should display proven ability to work within ambiguity and constraints as well as challenge the status quo
Candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and have a demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change
