Job Description

Overview:


The US Bench Sales IT Recruiter is a vital role within our organization responsible for sourcing and placing candidates on bench through effective sales and recruitment strategies in OPT/CPT hiring. The incumbent plays a crucial part in maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and fostering relationships with clients and consultants.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates on bench sales for IT projects
  • Utilize bench sales techniques to market candidates to potential clients
  • Manage the OPT/CPT endtoend recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers to understand their bench requirements
  • Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates and clients
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards social media and networking to attract potential candidates
  • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to align candidate submissions with client requirements
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure adherence to all legal and compliance requirements during the recruitment process
  • Conduct regular followups with placed candidates to ensure their satisfaction and facilitate smooth transitions


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Sciences & Business Administration Marketing Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience as a US Bench Sales Recruiter preferably in the US IT industry
  • Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies in demand
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
