Our client a leading Food & Beverages multinational looking to hire a Country Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia based in Jeddah.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to be responsible for the planning and delivery of growth plans in 2024 across all the channels and beyond. You will own the country sales P&L and work closely with the distributors to drive the business. The role demands a great deal of commercial acumen project involvement and reviewing crucial data so is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a variety of tasks whilst keeping close to the details and numbers. Managing sales team and senior stakeholders is a critical part of the role.
Through effective negotiation maximise sales and margins for your channel. Develop and implement Joint Business Plans to secure breakthrough growth.
Networking extensively across MT/TT channels developing positive working relationships in order to maximise sales and profits.
Ensure accurate forecasting. Liaise with Customer Services Demand Planning and Supply Planning to maximise ongoing availability and meet service level targets.
Developing KPI s for the channel to produce volume value profit share distribution ranging pricing space and display metrics.
Lead the trade marketing activity by owning the planning delivery and post evaluation of promotions and recommending any improvements to deliver better return on future promotional investment.
You must have
13 years of strong FMCG experience atleast 5 years of experience in KSA
Must have a strong track record of turningaround a business and delivering profitability.
Must be commercially astute
