Job Overview
The Sr Manager Distribution & Sales (HVAC) will be responsible for managing the distribution and sales operations of HVAC products in Hyderabad Telangana India. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and distribution of HVAC products
- Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry products and market trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution network
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the distribution network for HVAC products in the assigned region
- Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners dealers and distributors
- Manage and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify business opportunities
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and sales team
- Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and budgets
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth order processing delivery and aftersales support
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the sales team and provide coaching and feedback
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the HVAC industry and recommend product enhancements or new product launches
