Role
Job Overview: You will be a key member of the business development department implementing and maintaining highperforming growth strategies for the company s operations in the United States. You will also help oversee and manage the department s yearly budget ensuring sufficient resources for all core and adhoc activities.
Also expected to work with project management to meet customers requirements; Deal with complaints perform customer visits and have discussions with their stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As a key member of the companys business development team your main mission will be to develop and execute business development strategies for the United States market following defined objectives.
Identify and qualify new customers.
Work with other departments (artistic logistics project etc.) to develop proposals and methods that can ensure a smooth
customer experience by increasing turnover in said territory.
Oversee the sales full cycle.
Build relationships with key decisionmakers.
Profile Requirements
Fluency in English is a must; previous experience with Anglophone clients is a plus.
Bachelors degree or above in Business Marketing or any relevant discipline is necessary.
At least 5 years of work experience in business development.
Expertise in trending financial technologies.
Strong sales and negotiation skills in international environments.
Ability to manage teams around a project by keeping a "leader" profile.
