Role
Job Overview: You will be a key member of the field services department implementing and maintaining highperforming energy transmission technologies for the company s clients in the United States. You will also help monitor and regulate the efficiency of the department s services ensuring an optimal pace for all core and adhoc activities.
Also expected to work with project management to meet customers requirements; Deal with complaints perform customer visits and provide reports about the status of the company s products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Leading inspection and repair work streams.
Contributing to containment root cause and correctivepreventive actions.
Service productivity improvements.
Partnering with new technology design teams to ensure service repairs readiness in due time.
Working with the Certification department to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Profile Requirements
Fluency in English is a must; previous experience with Anglophone clients is a plus.
Bachelors degree or above in renewable engineering mechanical engineering or any relevant discipline is necessary.
At least 5 years of work experience in field service engineering.
Experience in Certification and Standardization of renewable energy technologies.
Structured approach to problemsolving.
Decisionmaking capability.
