SENIOR ACCOUNTANT SECURITIZATIONS
YOUR MISSION
- Managing the daily accounting operations of our Luxembourgish holding and securitization companies;
- Being the first point of contact for clients to deal with accounting and reporting matters;
- Independent preparation of annual accounts according to LUXGAAP or IFRS;
- Preparing required financial statements on a regular basis;
- Supporting tax consulting firms in the preparation of VAT and tax returns;
- Preparing and participating in client/board and shareholders meetings;
- Supervising and coaching of junior accountants;
- Liaising closely with tax specialists audit firms and lawyers.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting Finance or Economics or similar qualification;
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of accounting domiciliation or audit in Luxembourg;
- You have strong knowledge of national accounting principles and financial reporting practices;
- You have a sound understanding of securitization vehicles;
- You have the ability to provide efficient timely and courteous service to our clients;
- You always take a solution oriented approach to resolving problems;
- You have excellent skills in Excel and are capable of handling big data sets;
- You are fluent in English good language skills in German or French will be considered an asset.
