Design Engineer
Overview:
As a Design Engineer you will play a crucial role in the organization by conceptualizing and creating innovative product designs. Your work will directly impact the quality functionality and aesthetic appeal of our products contributing to our overall success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand design requirements and constraints
- Utilize AutoCAD software to develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models
- Must have a Knowledge of SolidWorks Software.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of prototypes to validate design concepts
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Generate documentation including design specifications and reports
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure seamless product realization
- Identify and propose design improvements based on feedback and test results
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently adhering to timelines and budgets
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and tools
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in product design and development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Solidworks software.
- Knowledge of Sheet metel Design.
- Strong understanding of design principles materials and manufacturing processes
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Experience with project management and prioritization
- Knowledge of simulation and testing techniques
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
