Job Description

Our clients are a growing Nursery Provider and are now looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their Head Office team based near Grantham. Ideally you will have worked within the Nursery Sector at a management level or been working within the recruitment sector covering Early Years / Education.

You will be responsible for delivering the Companys recruitment strategy and ensuring an effective and efficient service to the Nurseries in fulfilling current and forecast recruitment requirements. Working a 38 hr week there is some flexibility salary is c 27k depending on experience with lots of great benefits.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

You have at least 5 years experience of working within the Early Years sector at management levels
Have experience of using variety of techniques including database searching and networking direct headhunting job board searching effective use of social media and advert writing
Source deploy and manage all systems and tools relating to recruitment that help the team recruit more effectively and support the team s efficiency
Build positive working relationships with Agencies to support recruitment where necessary
Recruit senior leadership roles either directly or via Agencies
Drive direct hiring to deliver on the annual direct income targets tracking accurate records of all activity
Car Driver with Car
Ability to manage own diary
