We are a growing team looking for a Program Manager, Ops Training & Knowledge Management to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You would join our Program Management team in the Berlin office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Program Manager, Ops Training & Knowledge Management, you will lead the company's efforts when it comes to ensuring our ~300 operators have the training / knowledge they need to operate at their best. You will be building a small team in charge of setting the foundations for this training & knowledge program, notably a knowledge base documenting how we operate, an improved onboarding process, a continuous training / change management structure and a training delivery network.
You will be working in close collaborations with our country teams, our global L&D team, and the other central Ops Solutions teams, and will be reporting directly to the Director of Operations Solutions.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be the thought leader when it comes to solving the challenge of making sure ~300 Account Operations Managers, Carrier Managers, and BPO agents have the training / knowledge they need to operate at their best.
Three dimensions to be considered (the exact approach will have to be defined by you, supported by your manager and the Global L&D team):

Ops Training Content

  • Define the standards for Ops Training content, and coach the relevant Ops solutions teams when creating those (e.g. in the case of a change in process, or of a product roll-out);
  • Identify dimensions where additional ops training is needed (e.g. industry training, functional skill training), and coordinate the creation of those trainings (internally or with external providers);
  • In particular, work with the Global L&D team on complementing the standard onboarding program with Ops-specific content.

Ops Training Delivery

  • Define the standards for Ops Training delivery, as well as a network of trainers to support our 7 countries
  • Set up training cadence and processes;
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our training / knowledge initiatives - and adjust as necessary.

Ops Knowledge management

  • Maintain and continue to develop our Knowledge base tool to document Standard Operating Procedures and other resources for our Ops teams;
  • Define the standards for this Knowledge base and coordinate the documentation process with country teams and other central Ops solutions teams.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken;
  • Extensive experience in Program management and Learning & Development, preferably in the tech industry;
  • Experience in training design & facilitation, or leading team-wide training;
  • Ability to manage a highly diverse stakeholder group and a matrix organization;
  • Proven experience utilizing your project management, presentation and communication skills;
  • Data analysis skills and a passion for leveraging data to guide decision making;
  • Ideally Logistics/Transportation knowledge or experience.
