Your position in our team

• Communicate with customers, clients and authorities (especially lawyers) by phone and in writing
• Contact person for customers regarding the entire handling of the collection process
• Execution of settlement negotiations and conclusion of payment plans
• Process files, take over additional projects and support all administrative activities

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with an additional qualification in receivables management or as a paralegal (m/f/d) or equivalent
• Organizational talent and excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing, in German and ideally also in English
• Empathic nature and solution-oriented approach, keeping a cool head even in stressful situations
• Hands-on mentality and an overview of your activities, even with a high workload
• Confident handling of the MS Office package (Word and Outlook)
