Job Description
- College Graduate in Human Resources Mgt Psychology Behavioral Science or equivalent dscipline
- 5 years work experience as Officer/Supervisory level
- Knowledgeable in identifying implementation and assessment of training and development needs of employees
- Can conduct training for inhouse courses and produce training materials
- Good timekeeping skills and to effectively manage training schedules
- with good interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills both oral and written
