Tasks

• Legal advise in the fields of technology law data protection and blockchain positioning new topics and initiatives
• Advise startups SMEs and publicly listed companies across various sectors on information communication and technology law as well as data protection AI blockchain digitization cloud computing IoT FinTech and LegalTech
• Handle legal matters related to contract law data protection law copyright law regulatory compliance and other businessrelated legal areas like corporate law debt enforcement and bankruptcy law and antitrust or competition law
• Engage in litigation and represent clients in court offering expert legal counsel and support
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative businessrelevant solutions

Requirements

• Swiss Bar qualification
• Min. 4 years PQE as an attorney
• Demonstrated affinity for technologyrelated topics
• Full professional fluency in English and German
• Notarial qualification from the Canton of Zug is an additional asset
