Lead mentor and motivate a team comprising PPC specialists social media advertising experts and freelancers fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.
Strategy Development:
Devise and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies for clients encompassing meticulous keyword research compelling ad copy creation astute bid management and precise audience targeting.
Campaign Management:
Supervise the creation finetuning and oversight of paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads Bing and social media platforms ensuring alignment with and surpassing client KPIs.
Budget Management:
Effectively manage and allocate budgets to optimize ROI and fulfill client objectives maintaining a keen eye on financial efficiency and resource utilization.
Performance Analysis:
Regularly scrutinize campaign performance metrics discern areas for enhancement and furnish clients with insightful datadriven recommendations to bolster their digital presence.
Client Communication:

Collaborate synergistically with the Head of SEO and Head of PR to craft cohesive digital marketing strategies that seamlessly integrate paid advertising with organic search and public relations initiatives.
Shared Insights:
Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments by disseminating performance data and insights fostering a unified approach to datadriven decisionmaking.
Unified Client Messaging:
Ensure consistency and coherence in messaging and branding across all marketing channels to deliver a seamless and compelling client experience.
Thought Leadership:
Stay abreast of industry trends algorithmic shifts and emerging technologies in paid advertising disseminating this knowledge within the team and industry circles to cement the agencys reputation as a thought leader.

Contribute to the agencys thought leadership by authoring articles whitepapers and blog posts on pertinent industry topics showcasing our expertise and fostering engagement within the digital marketing community.
