Job Description
We have partnered with a rapidly growing Aircraft Leasing platform who are looking to hire a Contract Manager to their Dublin team.
The Role:
- Managing aircraft lease and credit agreements for compliance and reporting.
- Coordinating the new aircraft delivery process, including drafting lease deliverables.
- Managing lessee insurance process and letters of credit including renewals, drawdowns and transfers.
- Act as a key contact for counterparties on aircraft leasing acquisition and financing transactions.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of industry experience with the negotiation, closing and ongoing management of lease and credit agreements for aircraft.
- Experience reviewing airline insurance certificates for contractual compliance.
- Detail oriented with strong organisation skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self - starter with a strong sense of urgency to complete projects independently.
