Job Description:

Project Manager

1. Acts as a primary contact between the Proposer and the PRDOH for program activities leading technology review sessions with PRDOH to discuss schedule and technical performance.

2. Responsible for the management coordination and completion of information technology projects.

3. Develops and manages detailed project management plans schedules and status reports to oversee all aspects of projects.

4. Builds and maintains working relationships with PRDOH and other departments involved in the projects provides technical guidance and innovative solutions.

5. Required to pay weekly periodic visits to PRDOHs facilities in order to keep stakeholders well informed and up to date monitor onsite personnel and followup on all the active initiatives.

6. Conducts team meetings.

7. Responsible for tracking all projects and provide guidance in the project analysis.

8. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews all projects and their deliverables.

9. Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes expertise and judgment.

10. The candidate for the Project Manager position may also execute any other position requested in this Scope of Services as of IT Consultant Integration or Training Specialist as long as the candidate meets the requirements of the position.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business management Computer Science Engineering or related field.

At least five (5) years of experience in project management.

Manage communications (speak read and write) in Spanish and English languages.
