We have an opening for two highcalibre Junior Business Analysts.

This role will understand what challenges an assigned business unit is trying to resolve enabling you to ask the right questions to identify underlying problems that can be effectively broken down into features and acceptance criteria which can be prioritised for development.

What youll achieve

As a Junior Business Analyst you will be accountable for:

• Identifying and documenting product features based on business needs and user feedback.

• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure process mapping of the present is accurate and future state reflects business goals.

• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including engineers designers and thirdparty suppliers to develop features for new products and improve existing ones.

• Provide input to test scenarios scripts creation of test data and plans for the development teams as appropriate and running end user training for new and updated features.

• Act as a Product Owner for Scrum teams where required creating and updating Epics/Features in Azure DevOps and supporting the team in managing the sprint backlog.

Who were looking for

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstrable experience of data analysis leveraging descriptive and predictive techniques to uncover data insights and evaluate results.
• Effective communication skills able to explain data/technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and provide clear status updates.
• Experience of working with crossfunctional teams within an organisation of similar size to Ground Control.
• Experience of writing and delivering training on product features and updated processes.
• Experience of changing and improving processes.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise their own workload.
• Delivery focused with the ability to flex solutions and approach to changing business needs.
• Focus on what is right not who is right.
