Job Description

Our customer is one of the players on the market for coffee machines coffee pads and famous for his roasted coffee beans. The strong growth of this market creates new opportunities for motivated serviceoriented customer support staff (m/f/d). Our customer is represented in many city centers with own shops and sells products also via the internet. Customer loyalty is at the top of the company philosophy. This happens through membership programs and personal customer contact.

As a customer service / customer support agent (m/f/d) you will:

  • Support new customers: Opening the customer account greeting the customer on the phone explaining the club concept and receiving the first order
  • have regular contact with customers to capture customer satisfaction
  • Receive calls concerning problems with coffee machines and support problem solving
  • Provide status information for the progress of larger repairs
  • Track incoming payments

Do you bring what it takes:

  • handson mentality and good general knowledge
  • strong customer orientation (open to customer concerns ability to listen understanding customer needs)
  • PC literate
  • very good knowledge of English and fluent in one of the following languages: Dutch and French
  • can work shifts
  • empathic listener and persuasive speaker
