Your role at zolar

• You will support the CEO in all strategic and operational areas and be responsible for a variety of businesscritical crossfunctional projects.
• You will work directly with our CEO and the management team to gain deep insights into all areas of a startup with impact.
• You will take on tasks and projects independently in a fastmoving environment.
• You will run the weekly Management Team meeting including running the agenda timekeeping and capturing and following up on actions.
• You will lead all communication with the Board including the preparation of all presentations to the Board and support fundraising.
• In the future zolar will develop you to be able to lead complex crossorg projects and in the medium term to take on longterm responsibility for a P&L or unit.

What you will need to bring

• You work independently in a structured detailorientated manner and act with foresight and in a solutionoriented manner.
• You have a growth mindset you are willing to learn quickly and move things forward.
• You have an international mindset and have already gained experience abroad.
• You are experienced and confident in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• You have a very good command of English (C1) and German (C2) both written and spoken.
• You have completed your Masters degree with very good grades preferably in economics or natural sciences.
• You have 35 years of professional experience ideally in a strategy consultancy or a fastgrowing digital company.
