Nightingale Hammerson cares for over 250 residents tailoring our approaches within our residential nursing dementia respite and palliative care. We are enormously proud of our homes with our South London home Nightingale House being rated as Outstanding and our North London Hammerson House as Good in its first year open by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Care Operations and Clinical Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in providing quality and clinical administrative support to our care management team ensuring operational excellence and care compliance in our facilities.
What will your typical day involve
In this role you will play a crucial part in enhancing performance and policy adherence offering guidance and maintaining uptodate documentation.
Youwill be responsible for conducting compliance audits aligned with regulatory standards analysing results to develop actionable improvement plans.
The role involves handling enquiries providing support to various stakeholders and managing data processes with a focus on confidentiality and compliance.
Additionally you will coordinate and support meetings including documentation and followup actions assist in regulatory submissions and updates to ensure compliance and undertake additional flexible support duties as required.
Who are we looking for
The ideal candidate will have a qualification or certification in Public Health or Healthcare complemented by a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management/Administration.
They should possess experience in clinical administration or a related role within large organisations.
A thorough understanding of The Care Act The Mental Capacity Act GDPR and other relevant legislation is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are also key requirements for this role.
