Job Title: National Account Manager

Location: Nationwide UK (Hybrid)

Salary: £40000 competitive bonus


Due to rapid growth within the business we re looking for a National Account Manager to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an exceptional organisation making a positive impact within the community.


The National Account Manager will establish relationships and exert influence at a senior/executive level while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our products and priorities align with strategic client needs and talent strategies. The role will also involve overseeing other Business Development Managers to identify potential opportunities and assist those BDMs in promoting and securing business.


The primary objective is to increase revenue and EBIT across designated key client accounts aiming to create largescale multiyear employer partnerships across various product lines within our learning solutions portfolio. This will be achieved by building strategic partnerships and becoming a Trusted Advisor focused on maximising funded and commercial qualifications through a solutionsoriented sales approach.


Main Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs goals and challenges.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organisations including Clevel executives decisionmakers and influencers in the fields of talent and learning.

Collaborate with clients to comprehend their longterm skills strategy and align our products/services to meet those objectives developing strategic account plans to drive growth expansion and profitability.

Supervise the local BDM team to provide support guidance and engagement with employers for regional and national performance improvement where such growth opportunities exist.

Work with employers to develop sectorspecific programmes designed to attract new recruits and/or upskill the existing workforce utilizing available funding and advising on eligibility criteria.


The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a B2B sales environment with the ability to secure new business in the FE and training sector particularly in selling recognized qualifications.

Experience working in educational environments within the FE and Skills Sector especially in adult provision.

Experience in leading and coaching a team both remotely and within a sales environment.

Possession of a full driving license with the ability to travel nationwide.

Qualifications in Sales and/or Management are desirable.
