Our client are seeking a qualified individual to join their esteemed team as a Senior Associate/Salaried Partner specialising in Commercial Litigation based in Manchester. This opening is a result of our clients continuous growth and they are looking for a motivated professional to contribute to their wellregarded Commercial Litigation practice.
Our Client:
As a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner in our clients Commercial Litigation team you will be involved in a diverse range of dispute resolution matters. This includes handling claims such as contract disputes director and shareholder disputes breach of covenant and warranty claims professional negligence banking defamation fraud procurement and partnership issues for a varied clientele from the UK and overseas.
Your role involves independent management of cases and overseeing junior colleagues. Beyond casework active participation in business development activities is expected. The ideal candidate will bring an existing portfolio of commercial clients and contacts playing a vital role in the growth of our clients commercial team.
