Nightingale Hammerson cares for over 250 residents tailoring our approaches within our residential nursing dementia respite and palliative care. We are enormously proud of our homes with our South London home Nightingale House being rated as Outstanding and our North London Hammerson House as Good in its first year open by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
As a Program Manager youwill play a pivotal role in planning executing and managing programs that will enhance the qualityofcare services for our Residents whilst at the same time aligning and refining the current portfolio of systems in use within the Homes by our Team Members and Care Specialists.
What will your typical day involve
In your role as Program Manager you will define and oversee the business requirements of various stakeholders ensuring readiness and approval.
Collaborating closely with service providers in our Homes youll develop implementation road maps and offer expert guidance on system selection and tender processes.
Your success hinges on effectively implementing an integrated digital CRM to enhance efficiency reduce costs and significantly benefit our Residents.
Proficiency in complex data and cost forecast modeling is essential along with a versatile and diplomatic approach to meeting fastpaced regulated environment demands.
As a skilled negotiator youll align system and digital changes with the needs of our Residents and the efficiency of both homes upholding our personcentered valuesbased work ethic.
This handson role involves active engagement across both sites building strong relationships with the Senior Leadership Team and other key stakeholders.
Who are we looking for
The ideal candidate possess a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management Business Administration or have equivalent experience which is essential for this role.
They must have proven experience as a Program Manager in the care sector along with an indepth understanding of healthcare operations and the regulatory landscape.
Essential workbased knowledge and technical skills include strong project and program management capabilities particularly in budget management.
The candidate should also excel in communication and interpersonal skills have the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions and be familiar with quality improvement methodologies in healthcare.
