Business Analyst

• The Business Analyst should have skills and interest in Business Process with linked to computing systems and software applications.
  
• Yearly renewable contract with good change of extension

Requirements

• Main contact for Products SWIs (coordinate with project teams technical teams customers/users) across regions/ time zones
  
• Gather requirement design and implement business workflow for Project SWIs
  
• Initiate implement and support the items for Non SAP ERP system under Upstream Financial and Account Payable modules which main focus on IDEAS application.
  
• Coordinate with technical teams including embedded developers and system architects to investigate and resolve the issue.
  
• Focal point for operational questions from customers
  
• Part of Agile teams coordinate with PO and SM
  
• Work on NonSAP ERP system under Upstream Financial and Account Payable modules included IDEAS application.
  
• Be a contact point for business functions (CFS and Account Payable) to provide consultation and resolution.
  
• Work on Upstream SWI and Project and you will contact with business customers across regions/ me zone.
  
• SQL knowledge would be beneficial
  

• Experienced in IT support for application (especially financial process).
  
• Fundamental knowledge about SQL
  
• Able to gather business requirement s and transform into technical definition for developer
  
• Have a basic agile knowledge
  
• Strong analysis (problem resolution) skills
  
• Ability to perform selflearning or being a fast learner
  
• Strong interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent English Communication Skill
  
• Excellent team player and collaboration within and with other teams.
