Job Description
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in managing labs or technical environments, preferably with IoT devices.Strong technical knowledge of Networking, tools, Nest devices and their configurations.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a lab setting.Experience with hosting machine setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze diagnostic data and logs to identify and resolve device failures. Guide the team in resolving the issues in a timely and efficient way.
