• Conducting research and analysis on business operations to identify inefficiencies, areas for improvement, and potential solutions.
  
• Working with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and gather requirements for proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  
• Previous experience as a business analyst or similar role.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
