Job Description

IIQAF is seeking a proactive and skilled Painters Helper to join our team. As the leading paint solutions provider we pride ourselves on delivering highquality and creative solutions to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about painting and has a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.


Responsibilities:


Assisting painters with prepping and cleaning surfaces for paint jobs

Gathering and setting up materials and tools needed for each project

Applying primer and paint under the supervision and direction of the lead painter

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Assisting in the setup and maintenance of scaffolding and ladders

Communicating with team members and following instructions effectively

Conducting quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards

Participating in safety meetings and maintaining a safe working environment

Performing other duties as assigned by the lead painter or supervisor




Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent

Skilled in using painting tools and equipment such as brushes rollers and sprayers

Knowledge of different paint types and colors

Basic understanding of safety protocols related to painting

Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and maintain stamina for long periods

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior painters

Ability to work in various and changing work environments including outdoor conditions and other job sites as required

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs. - Familiarity with operating basic hand and power tools. - Basic knowledge of construction, production, or manufacturing processes. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Proven ability to work in a team and independently. - Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
