Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with the APAC and Japan Marketing leadership to set the Japan Marketing strategy, priorities, and OKRs. Communicate the strategy across the team and to the broader organization.
- Analyze the business and identify opportunities to improve our business for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead strategic projects, drive analysis, and define change management strategies to implement new initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner for Japan Marketing leadership, and help run key decision making processes and the business cadence.
- Ensure a high degree of aptitude and quality in all work.
