Job Description
This is a remote position.
Paradigm is looking for a junior to midlevel Interaction Designer to support our clients web services team. Our ideal candidate for this fully remote role will be a handson proactive designer with strong Figma skills experience developing user flows and prototypes and an understanding of the purpose and use of a Design System. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers project managers and researchers to ensure alignment across the clients products and portfolio. Under the direction of senior/lead designers you will translate design intent and narrative into cohesive comprehensive compelling web experiences.
Type: 12Month Contract
Location: Remote (PST and MST preferred)

Responsibilities of the Interaction Designer:
- Understand the clients portfolio of products users business and markets
- Produce modern and captivating interactions and experiences
- Produce user flows wireframes and prototypes
- Ensure all interactions are part of the clients unified Design System and effectively demonstrate design language and intent
- Execute on design concepts and ideas to bring ideas to life through behavior visual representation content animations sounds
- Produce deliverables for usability testing
- Manage a workload of multiple programs at different stages of development

- Fluent in Figma (a must)
- A portfolio of work showcasing your skill set
