£25000 £28000 base salary (depending on experience)
We have an exciting and very rewarding opportunity for a Service Team Adviser to join our fastgrowing business in Oxfordshire. You will be part of a busy Service team and will be responsible for assisting in the progress of the day to day running for each of our departments which can lead to a fantastic opportunity for a longterm career with progression. Responsibilities: - Develop an understanding of the platform to ensure that both customers and service providers can be helped through each process.
- Ensuring that all service providers are spoken with daily and responded to accordingly via email or telephone.
- Work effectively across a variety of communication channels: Phone or email.
- Maintain customer records and refer potential leads to the sales department.
- Report customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Communication Skills: - Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customer and Service Providers
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good composition skills – Ability to compose a grammatically correct concise and accurately written response to both client and service providers.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
Problem Solving Skills: - Effective problemsolving skills including decision making time management and prioritisation of tasks as assigned.
- Ability to approach problems logically and rationally.
- Ability to prioritise time quickly and effectively in various departments.
