We have an exciting and very rewarding opportunity for a Compliance Team Adviser to join our fastgrowing business in Oxfordshire. You will be part of a busy team ensuring that all our customer compliance checks are completed. Responsibilities: - Requesting compliance checks
- Liaising with customers to ensure that online checks are completed quickly providing assistance where necessary
- Reviewing customer responses to ensure that all checks have been completed successfully requesting more information if needed
- Work effectively across a variety of communication channels including phone and email
- Maintain customer and compliance records
- Reporting
Skills: - Meticulous eye for detail and conscientious approach
- Effective decision making organisation time management and prioritisation of tasks as assigned
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Excellent documentation skills
- Basic knowledge and skills with Microsoft Excel
- Compliance experience (especially AML) would be useful but full training can be given
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
