We are a local leading estate agency and we are looking for a experienced Sales Negotiator to join our office. We are well known for our dedication to our staff and clients and always strive to exceed expectations through service.

Key responsibilities will include

• Ensuring legislation is rolled out and compliance is up to date
• Valuation appraisals
• Continue the growth and development of the Sales & Lettings Department
• Conducting administrative tasks involved in the running of the letting / sales business which briefly include registering new prospective tenants/landlords booking appointments tenant referencing production of tenancy agreements checking legally required documentation and related contractual paperwork
• Utilisation of IT systems to ensure data is captured and used in a manner to ensure excellent recording and productivity within the office
• Dealing with all aspects of property management which could include repair and maintenance issues organising safety certificates check ins / check outs inspections etc.
• Support to the Sales team including conducting viewings dealing with offers and clients etc.

The Ideal Candidate

• Wellpresented with professional communication skills
• Sales negotiator experience (min 12 months)
• Organised with a good attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Honest and trustworthy
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Dedicated to delivering first class customer service
• Willingness to go the extra mile
