HR Manager
Our Financial Services client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in the Netherlands. This position will play a crucial role in driving performance management talent development and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and systems across various business units.
Responsibilities:
Performance Management and Talent Development:
Develop and implement effective performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Design and execute talent development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Policy Implementation:
Work closely with business units to ensure the consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to management and employees on policy interpretation and compliance.
Employee Relations:
Address and resolve employeerelated issues including disputes conflicts and performance concerns.
Conduct investigations as necessary and recommend appropriate actions.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process.
Oversee effective onboarding processes to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization.
HR Systems and Data Management:
Manage HRIS systems and ensure accurate and uptodate employee records.
Generate reports and analytics to support strategic decisionmaking.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant programs.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HRrelated topics.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on performance management and talent development.
Proven track record of working closely with business units to implement HR policies and systems.
Language Skills:
Ideally you are trilingual Dutch English and French.
