If youre looking for a highimpact position in an ambitious software & network services company weve got a match for you! We are growing rapidly and always looking for new talents to welcome onboard.
Currently were looking for a Visual Designer with illustration skills. You will join our 8 UX specialists an organically growing team that works across the UX spectrum. As a Visual Designer you will work closely with the UX marketing and HR teams. Together we will be responsible for the company image that defines us in the Network Equipment Environment Data and Security industries.
What else you should know:
The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design be able to create an attractive visual style for illustrations and possess UI & animation skills which can be translated into highstandard creations to boost internal and external actions.
Your ultimate goal will be to make our company recognizable in the industry and to attract and retain clients but also to maintain a high standard of brand quality and support employees across the company in providing effective aesthetically relevant materials.
Now we are working on many interesting projects. If we consider your skills and profile highly specialized it may happen that we will invite you to an interview for another project.
Your role
As a part of the team you will be responsible for:
- Creating and setting up a distinctive visual style for illustrations
- Maintaining a consistent style of use across both internal and external areas
- Assisting with mocking up our website designs
- Establishing and promoting design guidelines best practices and standards within the Company
- Introducing new formats and ideas
- Participating in requirement discussion meetings providing feedback on inconsistencies
- Supporting marketing and HR teams by designing and producing branded digital and pixelperfect collateral as needed
Optional:
- Review & edit slide decks for quality standards
- Create reusable social media templates
Do we have a match
As a Visual Designer / Illustrator you must meet the following criteria:
- 13 years of digital design experience
- Creativity attention to detail and highly developed aesthetic sensitivity
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Figma or Sketch boosted with Adobe Illustrator proficiency
- Preferably an ability to animate in After Effects
- Knowledge of visual and communication design principles including typography grid systems with experience used in digital creations
- Willingness to cooperate in work and design
- English at a level enabling fluent communication
- A portfolio showcasing your skills and including your best outstanding projects :)
Beyond the criteria above we would appreciate the nicetohaves:
- Experience mentoring less experienced designers and developers in the product development process
- Enthusiasm for an iterative design process inspired by group critique allowing to obtain additional information and feedback within the team
- Knowledge of Google Slides
