Here at Ground Control we have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experiencedHR Advisorto join our team to support with operational change.
You will be the point of contact for the wider business for day to day operational HR advice enabling managers to act in accordance with our policies and procedures.
What you will achieve:
- Work collaborativley with our HR Business Partners to ensure our managers have support for their day to day operational issues escalating complex issues where appropriate.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues including performance management conduct capability grievance disciplinaries and absence.
- Support ongoing business change initiatives including TUPE processes and business restructures.
- Work with our HR Coordinators to ensure that all processes and procedures are fully mapped documented and communicated out to the business.
- Produce work and documentation to an extremely high standard and continuously review all existing processes and procedures to improve them for the future needs of the business.

Who we are looking for:
- A passionate and professional individual with experience gained in a fast paced organisation and a strong drive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Experience of providing generalist HR advice and support.
- Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office including Outlook Work Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of modern people practices and ability to learn and develop at pace.
- Pragmatic with the ability to flex both the solution and approach to meet changing business needs.
- The ability to work collaborativley and inclusively across a cross functional team and build networks.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and is energized by ongoing change and the opportunity to build in an environment with limited existing processes and infrastructure.
