Job Description
Receiving customers and directing them within the store departments Encouraging customers to buy and increasing their purchasing desire Providing accurate information such as product features, prices and after-sales services Responding to customers regarding products and services Show comparisons between prices and additional features of products Preparing and preparing various promotional offers Supervising the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on the shelves Supervising the procedures for returning and replacing products Coordinate with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times Informing customers about the latest offers and special discounts on an ongoing basis Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the store manager Always be aware of new products and services
