Job Description
- Communicate with customers daily to ensure satisfaction, achieve account targets, explore current and future potential opportunities.
- Execution and optimize company marketing plans, conduct analysis to provide management with feedback and recommendations regarding marketing campaigns.
- Manage accounts projects and oversee related activities such as financial aspects (budgets, contracts, collection, fees etc.) to maximize customers’ potential in designated regions.
- Provide customers with pre and after sales technical support services related to product education or technical back up as required to find creative solutions to complex technical issues clients may be facing.
