We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in either event management or corporate gifting. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of proven experience in generating business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth within the specified industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in HR procurement and administrative departments.
- Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of highquality services.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2 to 4 years in business development sales or account management preferably within the event management or corporate gifting industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent networking abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with administrative teams to facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
