Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Administrator to perform administrative duties and support our business operations. As a virtual assistant you will be responsible for scheduling and attending meetings managing calendars and executing travel arrangements. You will also be expected to complete online research compile and distribute reports handle various administrative tasks and maintain our company website.

Job Description:

  • Formatting creating and converting documents
  • Inputting and importing information into the company database
  • Creating and issuing activity reports
  • Calendaring related to meetings via phone/video/in person
  • Monitoring updating and dispersing incoming website leads
  • Planning calendaring and booking internal and external meetings
  • Documenting all processes and procedures for SOPs
  • Performing and recording research related to industry trends
  • Complete word processing tasks
  • Research and organize data
  • Maintain and manage contacts
  • Create presentations and documents
  • Gather and organize data for statistical analysis

Requirements


Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as an executive assistant administrative assistant or support function
  • Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Business Management/ Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • UK experience is an advantage but not required
  • Must have a background in working in EnglishSpeaking environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word Excel SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable hosting client meetings
  • Proficiency with cloudbased platforms such as Zoom and Teams
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Skilled in data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
