UX Designer & Researcher
Key Responsibilities:
User Research:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Utilize various research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Analyze data and present findings to inform design decisions.
UX Design:
- Translate research insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation.
Usability Testing:
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
- Collect feedback from users and iterate on designs to improve usability and accessibility.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Present design concepts and research findings to internal teams and external clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and research.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and process, driving innovation and excellence in user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in UX design and research, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and research initiatives.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
