Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 to 3 years of experience.

Requirements:

• A bachelor of science or human resources degree
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills
• Experience in recruitment processes and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Upper-intermediate English

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through various social networks
• Conducting screening calls with potential candidates
• Observing SiiRA's core values and respecting process flow
• Working closely with the Head of Client Success
• Creating strong talent pipelines for SiiRA's current and future hiring needs.
• Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Being a good team player and contributing to a positive work environment
