Job Description

YOUR MISSION

This is a unique opportunity for a driven highly skilled individual who wants to be part of a fastgrowing B2B startup. Be the face towards our customers and ensure they derive maximum value from our product.

In this role you will become an important part of scaling our B2B communications platform. You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams be the internal advocate for the customer and ensure the customer experience is at the heart of all actions and decisions made.

YOUR TASKS

  • You are the interface between our clients and tech and foster positive customer relationships by leading with excellence and proactivity
  • You help our clients to quickly and successfully integrate with our platform to ensure they can derive business value from our products
  • In coordination with the account manager you are responsible for customers having a positive onboarding experience
  • You lead and conduct technical scoping meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
  • You own the integrations of all trade partners of our customers
  • You design operations processes that help us to scale our B2B communications platform rapidly
  • You collaborate with the development team to integrate our platform and troubleshoot technical issues
  • You collaborate with our Success Sales and Product teams to build and improve our platform from a customers perspective

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have 3 years of experience in a B2B operations or solutions role in a fastpaced environment
  • You have prior experience in working with a technical product as a solid level of technical understanding is needed to succeed in this role
  • You are deeply empathic towards customer needs and enjoy finding expert solutions for them
  • You are a teamplayer and enjoy collaborating with other departments
  • You are highly organised with an entrepreneurial spirit and handson mentality
  • You are a problemsolver who seeks to remove hurdles for customer and internal teams
  • You have strong communication sales and data skills
  • You are fluent in German and English
