Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) and ensure it aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Coordinate with other departments to support promotional activities, events, and partnerships.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to senior management.
