Waiter Waitress

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their seats and present menus to them - Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff - Serve food and drinks to the guests - Ensure that guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service - Address any guest complaints or concerns, and provide satisfactory solutions to them - Clean tables and dining area after guests leave - Ensure high cleanliness standards in the restaurant - Process payments and handle cash accurately - Upsell menu items and promotions to guests. Skills and Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience as a Waiter/Waitress - Good communication and persuasion skills - Friendly and professional personality - High level of attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent multitasking and time-management capabilities. - Knowledge of menu offerings, specials and promotional deals - Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods of time. Salary Range: The Waiter/Waitress position at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels pays between 25 and 40 Qatari riyals per hour, depending on experience. Note: This is a part-time position.
