Responsibilities:

• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
  
• Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  
• Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone
  
• Providing customer service and support, including answering questions and resolving issues related to products and services.
  
• Being able to handle and adapt to different cultures and languages.
  

Requirements

• Age limits 18 to 28 years
