Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Collision Recruiter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Sourcing and Recruiting qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruiting Human Resources and Collision.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
Requirements
- Outgoing and personable individual with the ability to connect and build relationships with candidates and clients
- 2 year(s) of verifiable professional experience as a Recruiter
- Customer Service and/or Sales experience
- Excellent computer skills MS Office Suite Social Media Platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong skills in database management organization and record keeping
- Work well independently and as part of a team with flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
- Exceptional time management

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Collision Experience Highly Preferred
- Must be located in Central Time Zone
