Senior Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading strategic projects with the most relevant clients of our portfolio (20.000 users different geographies high level of customization). You will be coordinating ODILOs teams to respond to the customer needs in an efficient and timely manner.

You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth communication with the senior leaders of our clients in order to capture and manage their needs and expectations as well as defining the execution strategy with the rest of the stakeholders in order to implement an optimal and successful solution.

What you will do at ODILO:

• Lead projects with large and multinational clients.
• Establish fluent communication with the clients senior leaders in order to identify their goals and objectives so you can shape the implementation strategy accordingly.
• Identify the different stakeholder groups of the project and establish an appropriate communication and governance strategy for each of them.
• Collaborate in the definition of customer strategy supporting the identification of short term objectives and long term opportunities.
• Coordinate the response of the different ODILO teams (e.g. sales product content marketing...) to client needs
• Provide support and advice in negotiations for the signature of contracts with customers.
• Identify and manage potential project risks and dependencies.
• Implement a reporting and monitoring approach to facilitate the followup of the project plan.
• Deeply understand the functionalities and services offered by ODILO in order to design an execution strategy that optimizes the value perceived by the customer.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong project management leadership.
• At least five years of experience in leading projects with large and multinational clients.
• Excellent ability to identify customer needs and priorities.
• Extraordinary ability to prioritize tasks and vision to distinguish between what is urgent and what is important.
• Great ability to communicate and to coordinate people in high demand situations.
• Ability to successfully conduct negotiations and to say no when appropriate.
• Proficient Excel and Powerpoint skills as well as a willingness to create and manage your own documents.
