RRP LeadWhat Will You Do - Responsibilities
- Develop Ploom marketing plans proposals for Jordan's A&SP, in line with JTI global guidelines and strategy. Participates in defining quantitative and qualitative objectives, key strategic directions and implementation plans in order to increase the brand equity and market quota
- Act as senior point of contact for Ploom with HQ and Regional Functions on market research/analysis and consumer insights. You will need to provide recommendations on the strategy, in terms of local price, distribution channel, volume, budget and financial projections
- Provide brand performance feedback to JTI Jordan (sales cycle analysis, brand visibility, consumer response, competitor’s performance, etc.) You will be required to monitor each marketing campaign and new launches, to be able to provide accurate information that will support strategic decisions
- Ensure appropriate and efficient use of budget assigned to Ploom. Act as a contact point for budget issues with Finance and Field Operations Departments
- Manage, coordinate, coach and supervise the assigned Team, providing guidance and support to develop competencies and abilities to optimise the performance according to the brand objectives. Provide appropriate performance feedback in the framework of JTI guidelines and practices
Who Are We Looking For - Requirements
- University Degree in Business, Economics or MBA
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ managerial experience leading teams
- Several years of marketing experience in the RRP field
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Senior stakeholder management skills
