Job Description

Our client is a company in the Packaging and Label sector, and they are looking to grow their sales team. We are calling on those who are in the packaging/label industry who have the necessary experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Internal Sales Representative, who is accustomed to working in faced paced FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong character, be driven and able to multi-task. This is an administrative post that will require a keen eye for detail.

DUTIES:

- Responsible for sales orders and other relevant sales documents.

- Work with a team to set out targets and budgets.

- Prepare and follow up on sales quotes.

- Liaise with other departments and clients to ensure effective service.

- Work with sales teams to assess the progress of departments.

- Produce progress reports and develop strategies.

- Attend sales meetings.

- Plan effectively, be organized and resolve issues quickly.

- Filter information and take messages.

- Fully brief Sales Team.

- Telephone relief throughout the day and answering of doorbell, in the absence of the receptionist.

- Updating customer database and coordinating mailshots.

Requirements

- A minimum of 10 years Internal Sales is required.

- SYSPRO experience needed.

- Need to be computer literate.

- Must possess good verbal communication skills.

- The ideal candidate will come from the Midrand/Centurion area

- Own transport required.

Benefits

- A basic salary of R20k to R25k CTC

- An annual performance bonus
