Job summary
To coordinate, plan and assign assessors for inspection/audit in timely manner
Duties and responsibilities
1. Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
2. Coordination with sales team for any ad-hoc job assignments
3. Liaison with stakeholders on job assignment scheduling and confirmation
4. Flow job assignment details to assessors in timely manner
5. Optimize monthly utilization rate for assessors
6. Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to stakeholders
7. Monitoring of submission reports by assessors
8. Any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
1. Possess minimum of Diploma and above
2. Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling
3. Knowledge in Management Systems and/or Food hygiene will be an advantage
4. Resourceful & flexible approach to work and as a team Player.
6. Clear and articulate presentation ability.
